Poor Customer Service, Terrible relations and Invalid Information.
I called to complete a survey at 1-80*-***-**** and was rudely told that I had to call back Tue-Fri 5pm to 9 pm. The letter request I received stated call mon-fri to complete.
The Neilsen Phone person RICK, was rude and obnoxious towards me. No where on the letter was I told to call only at the times stated, also when asked to talk to a supervisor, I was hung up on. This is unexceptable Customer service. And I demand answers and from a supervisor.
I was in a call center for years with First American FAF.
I guarantee I will tell everyone I know how poor the service is from Nielsen. Never again will I put up with this type of treatment.
